20.0 to 30.0 hpw negotiable (Term-time + 5 INSET days), Monday to Friday (08:00 start time)
JG3 SCP5 £19,650 - SCP6 £20,043 (Actual pro-rata salary £9,288 pa up to £14,212 pa depending on hours worked and SCP)

The Role
Working within the guidance of the Administration Manager we are looking for a motivated and positive individual to be one of the school’s Receptionists and to provide additional administration capacity to the school.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience gained through time employed in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and oral)
- A good level of ICT skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure

The School
Gordano School is a large and highly successful 11-18 comprehensive secondary school approximately eight miles outside Bristol. This includes a thriving Sixth Form of over 350 students that is strongly integrated into the school and offers significant opportunities for Post-16 teaching in over 30 courses. We are the sole secondary school serving the popular town of Portishead, and benefit greatly from being a central part of our community.
